The earliest records date back to the Aragonese, when a feudal lord, Antonio Colla, is mentioned. In the seventeenth century it came under the Gambacorta. When the feudal system was abolished, the fiefdom was owned by Marquis Ceva Grimaldi.

- The church of San Nicola, of the 16th century with 12 busts of Saints in gilted wood, the work of Giacomo Colombo from Naples.
