History
Before the 1920s the comune included also Ducenta and its name was "Lusciano e Ducenta". From 1929 to 1946 it was part of the municipality of Aversa and Ducenta of Trentola. After the Second World War Lusciano became autonomous again and Trentola was renamed Trentola - Ducenta.
