San Lupo, Province of Benevento, Campania
30 km from Benevento, it owes its name to the French bishop San Lupo of Troyes, and was most likely under the jurisdiction of the ancient abbey of Saints Lupolo and Zosimo, already existing in Benevento in 837. Originally a municipality of Molise, San Lupo was included in the province of Benevento in 1861.
