It rises in a forested area, part of the mountain community of Terminio-Cervialto, from the name of the two mountains of the territory. The oak, beech, elm and maple woods are rich of mushrooms and truffles, and there are good quality chestnuts and many types of herbs.

Where to stay
The origins of the settlement go back to the Middle Ages, though the area was inhabited by Samnite populations in the 4th century B.C. Noble families such as the Ruffo, the D'Aquino, the Cavaniglia and the Doria from Angria governed till 1806.
