Yesterday afternoon in the municipality of Francavilla the mayors of Francavilla, Miglianico, San Giovanni Teatino and Torrevecchia (province of Chieti), Montesilvano, Pianella and Cappelle sul Tavo for the province of Pescara signed the long-awaited union of the municipalities that will allow the towns to request European funds for common projects and to improve services.
