Yesterday in the pubs of Pescara Vecchia people were tasting the "novello" wine from Tollo with roasted chestnuts. Today the members of the Abruzzese Onav (Organizzazione nazionale assaggiatori di vini) will meet at the ristorante Alessandra, Alanno, for a choice of 1999 wines. On Thursday a wine-tasting day at hotel Montinope, Pianella, to choose the best "Novello d'Abruzzo". Next Sunday, in piazza Salotto, Pescara, a wine feast with free wine-tasting, folk music, clowns.
