My father is the late Peter D'Agostino. My mother is the late Angeline Chirico. Both were from Reggio Calabria. They came to Syracuse, New York in the early 1900s. I would like to try to find any family that may still be in Italy. Thanks for your help.

Great site, I was in Italy in June this year, and I found the place to be magnificent. Everyone should go to Italy and experience what life is all about, see the most beautiful sites in the world and enjoy the best hospitality you will ever find anywhere on the planet. The music, the food, the warmth that italians generate, can only be described as heavenly. I am proud to be an ITALIAN. God bless Italy.

Hi everyone,
I am trying to trace my family tree and am looking for any relatives in USA. I was born in Australia in 1965 but lived in Ripa Teatina for a few years in 1987. My mother Nunziatina is from Ripa Teatina in Abruzzo her parents names were Pantaleone Esposito & Laura Della Penna. My father Carmine Di Paolo is from Crecchio and his parents were Gennaro Di Paolo & Serafina Scarinci. My grandfather Gennaro lived in New York for many years in the 1900's and I would love to locate any relatives on both parent's side. I know I have relatives from Ripa Teatina in Philadelphia so if you think you might be please let me know!!

Hello, I recently found information on my family from Torrella Del Sonnio Italy. One of my relatives I think is still living in Italy Luigi D'Alssandro. Does anyone have any information about him or his family. Also some of my relatives are as follows;Ianiero, Carovillano, Yannacone, Perretti and D'Alssandro. I have been told that they came over to the states in 1902. Thank you so much for any assistance you can give me.

I just returned from Italy and visited the town where my grandparents were born, Torino di Sangro in Chieti province. My granfather, Gulio Priori, and his two brothers, married my grandmother (Mary Carmela Grandaliano) and her two sisters. They all came to the US in the early 1900's into Philadelphia where they settled until my grandparents finally settled in Coatesville, PA, about 30 miles west of Philadelphia. Seeing the small town where my grandparents were born and seeing a monument to
Alfonso Priori and another to Domenico Priori made me feel as though my Italian roots are still firmly entrenched in this charming small town. I need to learn a little more Italian before I go and and hopefully will spend more time there. I took many pictures and will try to get them up on a web page soon, but if you're interested, give me a holler and I'll send you the link.

Hi, my name is Rita Tontodonati and I'm looking for my father's relatives in the United States. My father, Gerardo, was born in San Valentino, Italy. His father's name was Alfonso. Alfonso had three other brothers, Vincenzo, Paolo and Nicola Tontodonati. A sister also existed, Angelina. Their parents were Filomena and Giuseppe. My father tells me that between 1903-1911, Alfonso, Vincenzo and Nicola came to America through Ellis Island to work. With their money, they bought a house back in San Valentino. That house today still exists and one of our family members still live in it. Somewhere my father believes that the offsprings of Vincenzo and Nicola Tontodonati reside in the United States. Possibly in the Detroit, Michigan or New Jersey area. My father also remembers someone telling him that their last names were changed from Tontodonati to maybe Donati, Donato or something similar. If anyone can help me, please write.
Thanks very much.
