Records in the Province of Napoli
The Province was established in 1806 with part of the ancient Terra di Lavoro in the Kingdom of Naples and in 1808 Gragnano, Lettere, Pimonte and Casole (formerly belonging to Principato Citra were added. Then in 1927 the province of Terra di Lavoro was dismembered and a large part of it was added to the Province of Napoli. The Antenati Portal of the Italian State Archives [antenati.san.beniculturali.it/] contains images of the Civil Records from 1809 to 1865 for some districts of the city of Napoli.
