Italian recipes for Drinks - Bevande
Although the drink par excellence is certainly water, the term bevanda very often refers to drinks prepared following recipes that can be non-alcoholic, served either cold or hot, or alcoholic.
Often a bevanda is prepared with a concentrated dose of product (orange juice, lemon juice) which is diluted with normal water for non-carbonated soft drinks, or with water saturated with carbon dioxide for fizzy soft drinks.
