A classic recipe, easy to make with some manual skill as with meatballs, the crocchette are enriched with lemon that well contrasts the fried, crusty outside.

Ingredients: boiled potatoes, flour, lemon, nutmeg, seed oil, breadcrumbs, potatoes, white pepper, chili powder, eggs, salt. The video shows the step-by-step preparation.

Salate e speziate l'impasto a piacere con pepe bianco, noce moscata e peperoncino in polvere.
Add salt and spice as you please with white pepper, nutmeg and chili powder.

Lavorare l'impasto con le mani appena ha preso consistenza.

Friggete le crocchette poche per volta quindi scolatele su carta assorbente.
